Trainings

Individualised Medicine Centre has experienced personal coaches with appropriate qualifications to ensure that every person’s training goals are realized. We offer innovative personalised training privately or in groups of maximum 5 members. We ensure that our training programmes are established specifically according to each participant taking into consideration your individual needs. Trainings allow one to live in the given moment, improve physical tone, prevent illness and achieve good well-being.

Trainings with an individual approach are safer and offer more awareness, providing faster results than independent training. A personal coach motivates and controls how to perform exercises properly and achieve results. After the training, as an additional service, it’s possible to do a light and/or colour therapy session which raises spirits and assists in speeding up the metabolism.

You are welcome if you don’t want to go to a regular gym and prefer a personal consultation and training programme. There are changing rooms and showers on the premises.
